Promenade des Anglais
The Promenade des Anglais is the in the city of Nice in the South of France. It's a busy, bustling but beautiful piece of coastline where the city meets the sea.
These pictures were taken during a visit in September 2007 and I was struck by the amazing light here which got even better when the weather alternated between thick black clouds and bright sunshine.
