What an amazing place Granville Island in Vancouver is. One of the ways of getting there is by a short ferry ride from downtown which helps add to the experience.
The island is full of indoor markets selling everything from fish to flowers, there is also a children's market and waterpark playground.
There is a wonderful atmosphere on Granville Island with buskers and street performers. Here are a few images taken whilst wondering around the island on a Saturday in June 2011. Please also check out my main photography website.
